The interim divi will be March 2009

My thoughts are that even if it is only at 25% of last years divi it would still equate to a little over a reasonably attractive 6.5% (including franking) yield on the current SP

Also given that the SP ran between $6 & $8 from 2004 to 2006 there is significant upside potential for a long term hold. I intend to continue accumulating while SP < $1.50 with a view to 5 year time frame
