That is a really difficult question, as there are so many moving gears in the equation, that interact with each other.
We have
1. the dividend policy as published. That will be the absolute minimum
2. expectations of shareholders
3. commodity price forecasts and preservation of a clean balance sheet
4. any potential takeovers that could be on the boil that need cash.
5. the size of franking credits and whether a share buyback is a possibility
6. the forecast capital expenditure of growth projects and the implications for cash flow based on point 3 above.
7. Other things I have not thought of

Once all those are answered, then the directors make a decision.
