I think the real question is how much of TLS profit/revenue reduction will be unexpected. Remember also that the share price usually increases on the lead up to the ex-div date so you could end up at the current prices ex-div. However external issues ...namely the US/China have weighed down every sector.
TLS will grow when the market grows.
