Well Goviex is the 6th owner of that project and it's been going since 1977 , they probably don't want to wait another 57 years for money to flow into their economy. As for jurisdictional risk, time will tell. On average it takes 17 years for mining to start on deposits ( I assume it's alot more for uranium ) and some are saying that with more political policies and ESG this will blow out to 30 year in jurisdictional friendly countries. I think this is where Afican countries could become good opportunities as they don't want to wait 17 , 30 or 57 years for money to flow as they are looking to develop their countries.
