I think the board sees this as a long term project and are not greatly fussed about the impact on the share price in the short term. Hence no urgency on their part to keep shareholders informed.
Also I think they believe this is their project and they will manage it the way they like and they can do without shareholder influence.
Why would you have your AGM in Tennant Creek two years in a row unless part of the reason was to keep away from shareholders and their pesky questions?
