This was taken from AYO announcment today. I know Eric said he hoped that drilling would commence in August, he didn't speculate on early start based on discussions with drilling contractor and additional operator.

Over the past three weeks Amity has either satisfied the remaining
conditions precedent to the farm-out agreement with the Korean
Farmees, or had them waived so that the Joint Venture could commit to
the drilling contractor for the earliest practical spud date. Amity
was aiming for July.

However competition for the rig is intense and Amity is now involved
in negotiations with the drilling contractor and another operator in
the Perth Basin, to find drilling slots which are reasonable for all
parties. Negotiations are presently in progress.


This may indicated a slightly earlier start or it may confirm what I suggested. It least it confirms something is coming soon from Arq re their planning for next drilling.
