I suppose the next episode in this soap opera could be that the newly installed "independent" directors decide to use CTN funds to buy CTN out of the agreement with OCFM.
The "independent" CTN directors had better think long and hard about that.
They are required to act in CTN share holder's interests, not in CGA's interests.
CGA should take their poison pill medicine and get on with improving their stock picking.
The surest way for them to have more FUM would be to perform as an investment manager..
