What are people's thoughts on when the next dividend will be paid & how much?
Considering the size of the RevRoof write off we can forget about a final FY23 dividend.
EPY has stated that the RevRoof position will not be finalised in FY23 due to litigation, no timeline has been provided when it will.
My thoughts are that the next dividend probably will be the FY24 final dividend (assuming no further significant debt provisioning) with 0.5c being paid (assuming no capital raising is required).
That assumes the RevRoof litigation & provisioning are finalised for the FY24 accounts.
