    ON-FARM: They may well continue to pursue farm acquisition and close proximity optimisation to get to the magic 50m litres as there is bonuses associated with this target and secondly they may well be positioning for an end to one of the other suppliers as the contract will end within one or two milking seasons. The performance metrics for the farms will need to change if their milk production is moved across to CDC from Saputo as one is a revenue / timing driver and the other is a cost / quality driver. All of this is under the watchful eye of Jared Boshier (assuming he still holds the role since the presso failed to recognise his importance and that of the farms).

    CDC: They also need to do some serious branding and product promotion to drive demand and increase end point revenue and secure some end-point domestic markets beyond the existing WOW contract given its term is short. Also seek non-chinese asian markets for export opportunity using existing channels or existing approach, being ex-airport. All under the watchful eye of Chris Melville.

    MANAGEMENT: Combine these with a focus on the overall management structure and their respective KPI's and ensure all other administrative, planning, IT, shares services, resourcing, marketing, sales, measuring and reporting activities etc. are adhered to and assist in growing the business under the leadership of Peter Skene.

    GOVERNANCE: Needs work.
