IMO you raise an interesting point , especially if interested parties, in the know ,are confident in hadrian 110.Hurry up with the demo's and videos.
Anything is possible , with a bit of competition , love to see the CR turn into a bidding war , could never get such a large parcel on market.
Hopefully some big players are getting excited and have FOMO.
