    re: next goldie to watch pioneer paper!! probing, that is because CHN bought the gold assets from BLN. It issued BKN shares to pay for the purchase.

    Have a look at BLN's sp moves lately. It has been going up. BLN will be distributing its CHN shares in specie to existing shareholders.
