(a) D, you either disagree or agree - slightly is paraphrasing unless of course you were referring to my entire post? Then again one can agree to disagree which would in theory mean slightly disagree as it will need to be decided upon 'time' as to whether it could be disagreed upon or not!

(b) Locality is irrelevant, when you can fire a weapon and hit an apple 5km away - again locality is irrelevant! When you think people are not watching well it is likely that they are!

(c) Yes exciting, as long as you trade it OR you just get a little excited or receive some excitement for an ill-prolonged period!
