Agree, the noteholders are in a solid position and the contract delays and deadlines to build rigs alongside the European crisis etc put them in the driver's seat. They'll make a huge profit at the right moment and these woeful conditions may be seen in time as a great opportunity to buy. But with buyers having bailed out - picking the floor will remain challenging.

This company's last twelve months has certainly had all of the ups and downs of a low budget daytime soap opera... one where I keep coming back with the hope that somthing good will happen in the next episode... surely. And I know that there are a lot of people working the angles to make a profit though I never quite know what is the truth with this group. Leevardi - you mentioned the other day that there is an end game. What do you think that end game will be (speculation of course)?
