how about this scenario.. you have two accounts.. BUT you have BOTH trading shares and long term insetment shares in EACH account... then what happens ???
mate i see your trying to help out but in all seriousness if your not an accountant don't give unsolicited advice.. the law is very dubious i do agree however your post is incorrect. Posters need to consult their own accountants or tax dept.
From what i understand your either an investor OR a trader.
If the accounts are in two sperate entities or names then perhaps you may be both but the law would be even more dubious in such an instance.
