Now that Gold Road is a dead deal. i.e. there is no takeover premium coming as there is no tension in the price. Its Goldfields to have when they want and the price they want. No big player is going to try to muddy the waters when somebody owns 50% of the project and 10% of the stock. end of story no premium coming.
However an unloved 200k producer in OZ with debt and equity secured going into production has a lot of attraction for most of the big boys in oz. from a high of $3.40 to todays price there are atlas three or 4 bidders who can sell the story of what great buy it is.
Finally I now own this and can't wait until people realise that no premuim coming for GOR and start switching into DCN best buy in the gold sector
