GOR have several projects. A 50% JV with GFA on one developing mine (GOR paid-up to production by GFA), the other 50% JV with Sumitomo. One look at GOR's land position, including the JVs, add GOR's DEEP pockets from the GFA deal, then plug in the kilometres of drilling, and one can easily see GOR is FAR from a "dead deal."

Further, your understanding of the share structure omits the "standstill" agreement between GOR and GFA regarding their 10% stake at a 27% premium of existing shares from RCF. A glaring, conscious omission.

I own both. I believe DCN is juicy/undervalued, that's why I own some. I believe GOR is in play -- not dead.
