My posts above indicated clearly - and very early on - how and for what purpose those shares were given, with links to the source documents and a screenshot of the proxy seeking shareholder authorisation. Paying attention to detail is important, and doing so would assist you from making repeated misrepresentations in your rebukes & replies, as you did from the moment I first queried the provenance of the Next Investors shareholding - which it turns out was in fact given to them as part of an “investor relations & awareness” consultancy, and not purchased by them as you repeatedly claimed.
Feel free to keep highlighting your poor grasp of this - most sensible people by now will have put this thread of yours on ignore, so we can happily go at it all weekend and next week too if need be.
