Paul's job is to ensure the project and company activities remain funded. So far he's doing fine. Going concern remains fine. So no, despite what the share price of the stock, AZL is not a mere stock, it is a business and the business capital expenditure remains funded. If going concern is at risk, then yes, by all means vote him out... but not based on share price. Share price is by no means an indicator how a business is performing. Cheers
