We are participating in the IPO of Noble Helium Limited (ASX: NHE) (ACN 603 664 268).

NHE is seeking to raise between $7 million and $10 million (before costs) at an issue price of $0.20 per share.

We will be adding this investment to the Next Investors portfolio.

NHE is expected to list on the ASX on 8 April 2022, based on the indicative timetable as set out in the NHE Prospectus.

This will be the sixth addition to the Next Investors portfolio in the last 12 months, and the first IPO we have participated in since the Kuniko Limited IPO.
