Noble Market Cap will be $36m with an Enterprise Value of only $26m (Company will have over $10m in cash)
By way of comparison, Helium One the other Tanzanian Helium explorer listed in UK is trading on a market cap of about $130m. Interesting to note that it traded up to a $300m market cap during drilling of its first well.
I think this is priced very well and should launch on day one..
