Maybe a little more research on the typical sp drivers of mining projects is in order for you WC*.
The announcement of funding for SARCO will be hugely positive for ORD's sp, as will the timetable to construct the mine/plant. We do not have to wait for production to get a substantial uplift in ORD's sp.
Of course it's all dependent on the Chinese's timing to fund SARCO. So I accept that is an unknown.
