I would think that the cap raising was arranged prior to the stimulation screen-out. Thus management have every expectation the stimulation would be complete today.

And lets not get say there is fracture problems. There is NO formation or well damage or problems. The screen-out was caused by the perforations being bridged which is a normal operating risk for stimulation.
