Yes, those derivatives figures from 2013 are staggering & probably worse now.
The top 4 US banks JPM, Citi, BoA & GS + DB have 99% of the exposure.
The scariest part is it's like a giant chain ... If one link goes, they all go belly up & take the planet down. They reckon they're OK because they have hedges but if there's a hedge failure their net goes out the window & their exposure is gross, or about $400 trillion. World gdp is about $60 trillion
