No offence meant to anyone but do you guys actually do analysis on how you expect companies to reach such valuations. $1.00 based on current shares on issue is a market cap of $1bn+ . There is no way BDR can improve its metrics enough short term to justify a billion dollar MC. Well at least I know I wouldn't be paying it.
On the flipside of the coin if BDR could be producing 180k ounces, with AISC of mid 700's and POG at $1,350 they could conceivably be making an NPAT of 50-60m. Couple this with good exploration and LOM increases and you could then more comfortably value BDR at a $500-600m MC. Consequently I think 50c is doable in the next 12 months. $1.00 is blue sky talk without material changes in POG. AISC decreases and massive expansions of yearly ounces produced doesn't happen overnight.
The BDR community is great and I enjoy discussions with everyone, but I hate seeing flagrant up-ramping. When HC boards end up being infested with those type of discussions it is generally when the stock ends up with people in tears.
