Its in the announcements, if you look close enough at the picture on page 3, using a magnifying glass, you see a puzzle in the top left hand corner. Solving it will lead you to another page and a new puzzle. Solve that, it will give you the date of the transaction. Those NXS guys love a good puzzle.
