nose, good article. i don't see any downside there for fwl who needs an average (not bottom) price of 400/t for a viable project. scrap seems to be a very 'supply and demand' market and it pulls pig iron prices along with it. it moves up and down in different markets depending on scrap availability. one article i read said scrap is harder to collect in winter in snow bound countries and this means prices are seasonal too.
