Some interesting posts re IV. I agree with most about valuing the small cap companies with high growth potential. Firstly, analyst's don't provide for growth in earnings attained via acquisition within their valuation numbers either via DCF or a multiple approach.

Agree the stock seems expensive on a P/E multiple. But the devil is in the detail. It will certainly need some further acquisitions or catalyst to maintain current price levels and trajectory.

As a holder I feel they have been slow on the acquisition front given there are 1,400 odd companies in the industry. (IBIS research report)

They mention consolidation in the industry but at one acquisition a year, that's not much consolidation.
