Points taken from recent Investor Presentation...
There are a few growth initiatives that the company are diligently working towards for DMC....
1. PeerPass - consumer launch July 2015. TICK.
2. Secure bulk supply of vehicles - further deals in discussion.
3. Provide improved insurance - in development.
4. Target higher end corporate rentals - corporate sales campaign commence Q1 FY16.
5. Launch mobile app for inspection reports - in development.
6. Referral program - I am eagerly looking forward to this item.
7. Delivery option.
8. Expanded advertising campaign.
A few other items that are part of CL8's 12 month growth plan that I think the market may be overlooking are (particularly points 1, 2 & 3 below):
* Leverage peer pass to launch into new categories - July 2015 consumer launch.
* Capitalise on Asian and US investor interest.
* Explore opportunities to empower 3rd parties via platform API’s.
* Securing corporate partnerships - DMC & MyCaravan.
* Rebuild MyCaravan website.
* Revise business model for Rentoid.
