August 16 the closing ASX SP was 30.5c, September 16 the closing ASX SP was 57.5c. How does this equate to investors being 'spooked'?
You understand there is a defined path that needs to be followed to develop a mine? EMH is following the path, but it doesn't mean the company will actually go ahead with the development. We're not far enough along the path to be taken over - Inferred Li Resource, no definite Li process flow sheet, scoping level cost estimates. Once the PFS is complete we're much more likely to be on a suitor's radar.
With news to come on drill results and Li processing I can see the SP pushing up again over the next month or so.
