That is the thing with the models and feasibility studies, flex timing and that will hurt your NPV

Rough back of the envelope for me was that if we combine the 3 major variables of a 30% decline in price of SOP, 30% decline in price in Boric Acid and 30% increase in Capex we should still be looking at $800mill NPV which when applying a 50% discount to we get circa $400 mill of reasonably conservative value against current market cap of $250 mill so still 60% upside from here on a rather conservative basis
