If this was a bank loan, would you expect security???? Think about that. Of course you would.
Why has LG opted for security - it has a self interest for LTR to succeed and supply spodumene to it (let alone any moves to a JV for downstream processing between the two). That is the difference here. LG is reliant on LTR spodumene - that is the relationship here and why they have opted for security.
Now that the finance box has been ticked, I am sure you will find a new angle to be negative.
