So LG decides to give LTR money and decides that if LTR cannot pay it will take over the mine because it loves a mine where production costs > than the price of spodumene. The essence of stupidity - it has done its homework and would appear it believes the mine will run profitably and that is why it entered into offtake agreements with LTR.
I will leave it at that.
