Financing has been pulled by the banks.
2nd Finance package requires an Independent technical expert to review project metrics… with deteriorating prices and market conditions any price forecasts will have changed significantly to the downside since the provisional loan agreement was made…
That does not point towards a company in control of any part of its finances.
