Spot on@Margaret63 . When ALB tried to buy LTR last year we weren't even told by the board about their first two or three offers. Why? Because they were too low and deemed by the Board to be unrealistic and not reflective of the true value of LTR.

My recollection is that they were between $2.20 to $2.50. So why now 14 months later after the mine is 99.9% complete and is about to go into production would they or us accept a lowball figure? They won't and I think a large number of retail holders won't either. It wasn't until Albermarle offered $3 that the board including TG announced to shareholders that a bid had been lodged. If it was worth $3.00 fourteen months ago with all the associated potential issues associated with the ramp up, mine and plant construction ahead of them does anyone really think TG and the Board would now vote to accept an insult price of $2?

Yes, the price of Lithium has declined in the last year but guess what? Kathleen Valley has a 25-year mine life - minimum. The relentless march of the energy transformation is just getting started. LTR is in pole position to take advantage.
