Had a glance at the annual report.
2 board meetings for the whole year of which Middlemas as Chairman failed to attend either.
PSF currently spending $800,000 a year in salaries for what is obviously a shell company with no real activity. Seesm unusual as ususally Middlemas runs shells efficiently until they have an asset. 2 years ago PSF had $5 million in cash and now has an empty tank.
Will be interesting to see if the Directors exercise their swag of 5c options.
If not expect to see a heavily discounted placement to teh usual suspects....
