Listened to the BRR, Charles was asked what need to watch next. Charles replied it is EPA approval within 4 weeks.

Fair enough, I am OK with it. The only problem is Charles said it in April the PORT access, the EPA and Independent study of capex and opex would have been done in 6 weeks, which is about middle of June for the latest.

Well, we have got the port access, but EPA is still weeks away, and no mention of an independent study at all. I assume it won't happen any time soon.

Moving targets? Does it help the share price? I don't know!

I believe it would help if Charles kept his mouth shut, or big mouthing with real results!
