This is just in my experience and in no way any down ramp and please don't look at it that way
But having owned countless stocks with announcements overdue/pending the smart money is not stupid they seem to know before us what's going on! They usually buy up prior to announcements and dump on any news and more times than not if there's a sniff of good results the buying is relentless prior to release of results! I'm aware I'm putting myself out there for an arze kicking, but sorry good luck I'm out
Been in too many of these to be wearing rose coloured glasses! And yes my sentiment has changed I'm just not getting a good vibe!
But all just in my opinion and have been proven wrong before! Good luck....
