December ore won't be paid until January??

My understanding (from company announcements) is that payment is received about 2 weeks after receipt at the mill.

has this changed?

The quarterly won't be a catalyst for the share price, nor should it reveal anything new or show any great figures (as had been said ad nauseum on these forums, that is for the April or even potentially July report). What it will do is give further clarity to the actual state of affairs, and allow investors (or potential investors) to compare that to the announcements we have had.

I'm not saying there will or will not be any gremlins, but in a market that values certainty this quarterly is quite important.
