I'm just speculating but I suspect that the recent sell down was a last minute shake down before the Nasdaq listing.

With the listing to take place next month, I expect a timetable to be announced in the very near future, as well as an increase in the share price on the back of this announcement leading up to the listing. After the listing - the Nasdaq should drive MKB's price upwards from there.

Also, I expect an announcement on the launch of the app. I expect this to drive the share price as well.

I expect both piece of news over the next week.
