Once again..we have journos not checking the essential facts and merely spewing up what other jornos have reported. How is this company "modestly" geared when the debt ratio is over 45% and that is even before we do a look-through read?

In all this, I too believe they will survive. But that is not the issue here. The issues boil down to proper reporting of their ratios, where the gearing covenant points really are, are the book values true and proper? and what to expect with their occupancy rates going forward.
