Of course I am aware that some of the little dwellings are being inhabited by some by choice. On thew other hand, it amuses me the huge size of some dwellings that are being built around me, some by retired couples..... some mansions are never inhabited, maybe that dirty money coming from wherever needs a home as well.
There are clearly many people who cannot afford expensive overseas holidays, taking gap years to backpack around the world, 4WD's to drive the kids around.
Some on HC have very little idea, I'm afraid. Reminds me of an ex-treasurer, "Want a home, get a better job". Well, who is going to look after your kids while you are off working that second job or your partner's off working that second job? Who is going to look after you in aged care? Those poor peasants who should have got a "better" job.
Get off your high horse and spare the sarcastic comments. ie regarding WA mining. I live in WA and am just saying what I am seeing. Where do you live?
