Only have to look at the chart to see that .30 Appears a major Support...line in the sand. Indicators are hard down in over sold territory. Macd has room to move and would call in Autumn moving close to Winter. That is on a weekly chart viewpoint..as you can imagine the shorter term outlook tells the same story. Low end of bollinger bands Over sold indicators. Technical Buyers would probably be accumulating. Its a straw hat in winter situation...but my o my its a cold winter no sun around at the moment.
