    My feeling/sentiment is not only that we are awaiting the EIA etc
    but in general REE's are HOT right now.

    The US has finally woken up ..

    Fossil Fuel is history and Electric is the way forward and. EV's all type ( Cars,Trains,Buses) all need REE's. and they cannot rely on China
