I agree Frack, lets forgo the bickery & focus on the situation. Where is this thing exactly at ? Should we be expecting another TH or announcement between now & close of trade Friday ? If nothing forthcoming is the deal offically over ? Can MMK walk without penalty ? Personally, I cant see how an Australia T/O watchdog can bring a Russian company to account when they have not broken any law. I think the application to the TO panel is nothing more than a PR stunt by FMS to reduce the embarrassment. Informative responses appreciated !
