The devil will be in the Sileach detail, i.e. what their flowsheet is in respect to their claims - especially with impurity removal (the patent wont just be leach but everything in between and they will need to demonstrate innovation). That said, I would put money on Sileach not seeing the light of day, not to mention not being anywhere near the aspirational production cost targets they promote.
