I'm assuming they are in negotiations but there are issues (contractual) to resolve. My assumption that we haven't heard anything because that would cause a wider panic if they had made mention of it.
Still think they have had to go back to the government for changes to their existing contract due to the looming deadline. Nobody will farm in if there is a chance it could expire by not meeting obligations. I would be seeking assurances if I was them.
