Agreed Mr H. Typically it is easier and quicker to a discovery for the Ministry to continue with the incumbent, as long as that Operator/JV has been reasonable during their tenure. PCL has been in Namibia quite some time and I would like to think (hope?) they have built a good reputation. I think you're also right in that as long as PCL can go to the Ministry with a reasonable proposal, then there is good likelihood that the Covid card will be an acceptable reason to extend. A reasonable proposal might just be a larger than obligated 3D, contingent on a farmout which requires the extension. If we don't hear anything like this in the next 1-2 months, then I'd say we would be likely having to drop the block. But in that situation, I suspect the block would not be as good as we hoped. If it was there would be an offer on the table before it was dropped. Just my opinion of course.
