Is the drop in STO's share price problematic to offering OSH an increased offer. Back on 21st June STO was in the low $7's to get the $4.25 price for OSH at .59 share offer and 37% of new company. If we worked on say a 10% increase to around $4.65 which would be around a .65 share offer and around 41% of the new entity on the original SP values. At the current price with STO dropping to $6.59 about 10% down from the offer date this would be at the .65 offer a price around the $4.25 mark. How do STO increase the offer to say $4.65 at current market prices without diluting their shareholders more than the 41% area? Do all future discussions relate back to the pricing at initial offer time? I hope that makes sense and someone with experience with takeovers can give some insight to how it may take shape from here with the drop in STO SP.
