WHC is looking strong in it's own right. The announcement shouldn't have much effect because no WHC stock had actually yet changed hands and the market already knew the deal would have to be cancelled if GCL goes.
I'm still hoping for a higher GCL bid because of the mystery buyer that took a stake. Also GCL management have been very quiet so far.
