I thought Noble wuold have had to offer closer to $8. However as a 20% shareholder, it did seem unfair (from their pov) that they were going to be diluted without any say-so.

Not a bad outcome for me if it goes through at $7. I think I'll hold for a bit and see what else may come.

What about WHC??? Back down to 1.50??? Any thoughts.
